Booking & Cancellation Policies

Please arrive 30 minutes before race time. Late arrivals may result in a cancelled booking. All prices are subject to tax. A helmet rental is an additional $4.50 plus tax. All racers must sign a waiver, be at least 58 inches tall, wear closed-toe shoes, and secure long hair if shoulder-length or longer. For full track rules and details, please see our staff. Members can redeem their free birthday race once during their birthday month; proof of birth date is required. On the day of redeeming the birthday race, friends of the member will also enjoy member-discounted race pricing, valid only during the same visit.
Exclusive Racing Packages:

Exclusive Racing Packages require $400 token  deposit at time of booking, payment of the balance is due on the day of the event. Cancelation of Exclusive Racing Packages requires notice of a minimum of 5 working days for full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 5 working days are subject to forfeiture of deposit monies paid. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to fee of your Groupon.

**Please Note: Private group event pricing quotes are valid for 30 days. Cancellation policies apply to Groupon vouchers as well

Public Racing:

Public Racing is available daily (unless an Exclusive Racing Event booked). Walk-ins are welcome, but due to high volume and Exclusive Racing events, reservations are strongly recommended.  we accept same-day bookings. Public racing payments are non-refundable.

we do not offer refunds for public races, and private events must give 1 week notice in advance for any adjustments or cancellations or else deposit will not be refunded.
